William "Scott" Shelby, 59 years old, Rosemount resident, passed away peacefully at SOMC.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents, William F. and Billie Jo (Nee Miller) Shelby.

He was survived by his wife, Lu Ann (Nee McManus) Shelby of Rosemount and one daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Elijah Joseph of Minford.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
