Theodore "Ted" Sutton, 63 years old, lifetime Portsmouth resident, died on Monday, December 27th, 2021 at his home. He was born on September 29, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Grace Avanell Erwin and Theodore Sutton.

Ted graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1977. He was a Veteran of eleven years in the United States Army. He was most recently a self-employed sub-contractor in the Portsmouth area.

He is survived by his stepfather, George Erwin, two sisters: Carolyn (Joe) McKinnon, and Jennifer Erwin, an aunt, Mildred Ann Russell, all of Portsmouth, a niece, Nancy Christine McKinnon of Erlanger, Kentucky, a nephew, Declan Chantz Nichols of Portsmouth and a cousin, Roger Adkins of Columbus.

Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Monday, January 3rd, 2022, at 12:00-1:00 PM. Service immediately following at 1:00 PM all at F.C. Daehler Mortuary, 915 Ninth Street, Portsmouth, OH.
