Roger L. Phillips, 90, of Portsmouth transitioned from his earthly life to his heavenly life on October 19, 2025. A celebration of Roger's life will be held, Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Cornerstone Church, 808 Offnere Street, Portsmouth, Ohio. The visitation for family and friends will be held at 3:00 PM at the church followed by the celebration of life at 4:00 PM. The family cordially invites family and friends to join them in a remembrance dinner for Roger in the 2nd floor Social Room at Odd Fellows Restaurant, 526 2nd Street, Portsmouth, Ohio.
