Randy Ray Stevens, 66 years of age, Portsmouth resident, passed away on November 26, 2021. He was a US Army Veteran.
Randy is preceded in death by his parents Sterle Stevens and Edna Mae (Nee Johnson) Fletcher.
He is survived by three sons, and one sister. Private services will be held by the family.
