Penny Sue Turner, 70, was called home by her Heavenly Father on December 8, 2022. She was born March 1, 1952.

She will join eternity with her son, Jack Turner, her parents, Robert and Helen Windsor, her mother and father in law, Jack and Faye Turner, two sisters, Pam and Patty, one brother, Bobby and nephew Duane.

She leaves behind her husband, Mark Turner, two daughters, Kelly Turner and Samantha (Brandon) Cantrell, a brother, Marvin (Cindy) Windsor, and seven grandkids: Trevon Turner, Taeghan Redoutey, Callie Shackart, Jadan Coleman, Isaiah Turner, and Bryson and Braydon Cantrell.

Celebration of her life will be held on Friday December 16, 2022 from 5 to 7 pm at Center Street Church in Lucasville, Ohio.
