Mary Margaret Bayless

Mary Margaret Bayless, 96, of Hillview in Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday, June 16th, 2021 at SOMC Hospice Center. Mary was born May 28, 1925, in Portsmouth, a daughter of Louman (Runt) Rohn and Loverta (Babe) Walker Rohn. She was a graduate of one of the first LPN classes in 1965 of Mercy Hospital. Mary married Orville Bayless, Jr on July 12, 1947, and spent the majority of her life after on Green Street in Wheelersburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Bonnie Lee Bayless of Wheelersburg, a grandson, W. Scott Bayless of Minford. She is survived by 2 sons Robert (Kelly) Coriell, Jr of Wheelersburg, Ohio and William(Donna) Bayless of Jamestown, Ky. 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, and 5 step great great grandchildren.
