Martin Brown

Martin Lee Brown, 61 years old, longtime Piketon resident, passed away peacefully on August 27th, 2022.

Martin was a 1979 graduate of Teays Valley High School, and a Veteran of the Army National Guard. Martin spent most of his time as an over the road Truck Driver, but he enjoyed camping, grilling and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Lillian (Nee Strawser) Brown.

He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Teri (Nee Whalen) Brown, of Piketon, two sons, Chad (Brittney) Brown, of Chillicothe, Martin Lee Brown, II of Waverly, two daughters, Kaylie (Joseph) Markley, of Piketon, Carlene Swisher, of Piketon, five grandchildren: Ethan, Evan, Gabrielle Markley, Chase and Aubrey Brown, and five siblings, and his best friends Phil and Dallas.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to FC Daehler Mortuary to help with funeral expenses.
