Leah Michelle Kinney, 49 years old, passed away on Wednesday March 6, 2024, in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Leah was a graduate of South Webster High School in the class of 1993 and attended Morehead State University. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Oleta Hine Kinney, of Wheelersburg, Ohio, her brothers Tim, Phillip, and John Kinney and sister Karen Milstead. She is survived by sisters Teresa (Joe) Bainer of Wheelersburg and Melanie Bihl of Dunedin, Fl.

At Leah's request, no funeral service is planned. She had many close friends/classmates who loved her and she loved them in return. She loved this quote by Terri St. Cloud: "And if, when it is all over, I am asked, what I did with my life-- I want to be able to say--"I offered love."
