With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Gail Lynn Harris on July 26, 2025. Born on April 9, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland. Gail made her home for many years in Sciotoville, Ohio, where her spirit and love touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Gail was a dedicated mother, cherished friend, and loving grandmother, celebrated for her vibrant personality and zest for life. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Michelle Stiltner Davis and Letha Prince, her som Albert (DJ) Stiltner, and her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Mary (Nee Nichols) Penix, her siblings: Bobby Joe, Cora Bell, Keith, Debbie, and William (Peto) Penix, as well as her daughters, Gail Phok and Angela Bradford. Her family and friends remember her as a fierce fighter with a heart full of love, who bravely battled COPD and Congestive Heart Failure with unwavering strength.

She was a devoted friend, thriving on close connections with those around her, including lifelong friends: the late Jack Ober, Bill Ober, Debbie Eldridge, and cousin Donna Arthur, all of whom enriched her life. Gail had a passion for dancing and found joy in feeding and watching the birds, particularly her favorite bluejays and cardinals. Her home was always a welcoming place, filled with candy, snacks, colors, and stuffed animals, ready to bring smiles to the little ones who visited.

Please check back with us for the dates, as we honor and celebrate Gail's remarkable life. Family and friends will come together to share stories and cherished memories, embracing the joy she brought into our lives.
