Chad Allen McNelly, 51, passed away on October 9, 2026, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Chad will be remembered and deeply missed by his loving wife, Crystal Danette McNelly; his son, Cody Darnell McNelly; his stepson, Seth Randall Pack; and his older brother, Rick Scott McNelly of South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Irene Coyle; his father, Charles Arthur McNelly; and his older brother, Ryan Leslie McNelly.

Chad will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends, who will cherish the memories they made with him and carry his memory in their hearts.
