On March 6th, 2022, Billie Jean Horsley, 89 years old, of Careys Run Road, West Portsmouth, passed away at SOMC Hospice.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Hazel Pearson, one sister, Becky(Bob) Sheldon, and one nephew, Roy Scott Sheldon.

Billie was survived by three daughters: Theresa Hudnall, Goshia Wright, and Tina(Chris) Shupert. Billie had six grandchildren: Christina Lindsay, Nicola(Zach) Sexton, Jeremy Wright, Kitsy(Kennedy) Piatt, Abby Shupert, and Andrew Shupert, and five great grandchildren.

A memorial service is being planned by family in the near future. The event will be announced on social media. All family and friends are welcome to attend the celebration of Billie's life.
