BELCHER Randall Belcher - Wheelersburg Resident Randall Belcher, 49 years old, Wheelersburg resident, passed away on September 27, 2021. Randall was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Jessie and Charlene (Nee Martin) Belcher. Randall enjoyed his music, fast cars (especially Mustangs), playing GTA5 on his Playstation 5, and his beloved dogs: Princess, Brandy and the late Sam. Randall was survived by his wife, Jamie (Nee Smith) Belcher of Vanceburg, KY, four brothers and three sister-in-laws: Donald and Laura Henderson, of Koleen, TX, Danny and Paula Belcher, of Hopkinsville, KY, Rick and Linda Henderson of Wheelersburg, OH, and Ron and the late Cindy Henderson of Wheelersburg, OH. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 9th, 2021, at 4:00 PM, at Antioch Free Will Baptist Church, 9335 Lick Run Lyra Road, Wheelersburg, OH, 45694.
